These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of magneticmasteryacademy.com and any programs, coaching or content offered by Ellie Decourcey, trading as The Magnetic Mastery Academy ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our site, opting in to the free training, booking a call, or purchasing any offer, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase any of our programs.

2. Our Offers

We offer free resources (such as our free training) and The Magnetic Mastery Academy, our application-only, one to one coaching program. Pricing and program details are as provided at the time of enrollment and may change for future enrollments.

3. Educational Purpose / No Guarantee of Results

Our content, coaching and programs are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial or legal advice. Subconscious reprogramming, identity work, manifestation practices and nervous system regulation are personal development tools, not medical or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income or result from participating in our programs. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances and factors outside our control. Testimonials and client stories reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.

4. Application Calls and Enrollment

The Magnetic Mastery Academy is application-only. Booking a call or submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline applicants at our discretion. Program terms, payment plans and any refund terms will be provided in a separate agreement at the time of enrollment. If that agreement and these Terms conflict, the agreement applies.

5. Payments and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and in our programs, including The Magnetic Identity Method and any related frameworks, materials, videos and copy, belongs to Ellie Decourcey and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Purchasing a program gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own use. It does not transfer ownership or allow resale or redistribution.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, programs or messaging channels, including by harassing others, posting unlawful or harmful content, or trying to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove anyone from our programs for violating these Terms.

8. Testimonials

By submitting a testimonial or review, you give us permission to use it in our marketing, in whole or in part, and agree that we may edit it for length or clarity. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties / Limitation of Liability

Our website and programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or programs, and our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or programs after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
